What a fantastic 60's day in North Lodge Park yesterday.....and despite the song you can hear, the sun did shine! Thank you again to The Walker Brothers of Norfolk and Madeline, Tom Dick and Harry, The Rockit Choir and Marlene's School Of Dancing. Also a big thank you to all the volunteers who kept the cafe running so smoothly, all the bakers for their delicious cakes and to all the gardening volunteers who have been working so hard to make the Park a beautiful place to be.

Jack wrote to Blue Peter in the Easter holidays to tell them about The Friends of North Lodge Park and his involvement over the last two years - from painting in the cafe, opening the cafe, gardening, helping at events. They have awarded him a Green Blue Peter Badge which is for Conservation & Community help.

Jack is our youngest (and possibly smiliest!) volunteer. Thank you Jack, from the Friends....we are very proud of all you have done x
